Chicken noodle YUM

Postby Nicole81 » March 16th, 2006, 6:06 pm

OK so the first time I tried chicken noodle I thought it was ok (way better than the chili) but I thought it was kind of bland. Today I thought I would "Kick it up a notch!" so I added a sprinkle of Mrs. Dash (tomato, basil, garlic), an extra dash of basil, a dash of garlic powder, a dash of salt and pepper, and last a dash of tabasco. It was so yummy!

I added some Cavendars to mine and it ROCKED!

I "prep" it the night before so it soaks all night until lunch the next day.

I put one chicken bouillon cube (does not make it salty) and a bit of Mrs. Dash.

So good. It has become my favorite with crackers.

Cavender's is a brand of seasoning blend...mostly salt/pepper/garlic. You can find it on the spice aisle. It's bright yellow witha white label and black (maybe some red) lettering. Definitely worth the investment. I use it on almost everything...fish, vegetables, steak, chicken, pork chop, soup, etc.

Thanks for the headsup. I'll take note and see if I can find it.
