no really... i cant go numero dos.... this weekend it seems to be recurring issue...took stuff the other day that helped, took something last night that didnt, ill probably take the stuff that seemed to work, but anyway to make it so i dont have to take anything? ive been drinking all my water, more than that actually :( my tummy is hurtings , any advice would be well appreciated :D...sorry to be talking about that lol..

olive oil, psyllium husks, stool softeners?

Look up laxative wikipedia on google and you'll find this page I just saw that not only mentions some of this stuff, but what each type of laxative helps with. (forming bulk, making the poo slide, etc).

When I am being compliant I don't go every day. I used to go multiple times a day. Sometimes I find that things are a little bit too hard and compact, and I could probably benefit from psyllium myself, but as long as things don't seem to get stuck anywhere I'm not likely to add another thing to my diet. I'm already swallowing four pills a day just between meds, vitamin b, and biotin. I would like to add flax oil capsules but it's another pill, and I imagine psyllium isn't super tasty.

On page 123 in Success in a Shaker Jar, it is suggested to use sugar-free Metamucil once or twice a day...I find this works best for me when I have that problem.

I take a sugar-free Citrucel tablet once or twice a day, which seems to help some. I still have occasional problems, though. Have you been eating something different lately? I find that what veggie I have at my lean and green and which Medifast meals I have can make a big difference. Oatmeal, good. Chili, good. More than one or two RTDs, not so good.

really Robin? That's interesting about the RTD. I had a little "episode" last week. I wonder if it was from the 2 RTD's I had been drinking a day....very interesting. Since then I have only one a day, just because I made oatmeal cookies and they are only fresh for so long.

I don't think it's anything IN the RTD, necessarily. I just think the others have more fiber. Maybe even a better kind of fiber. For me, at least.

think i might have something like store brand metamucil at home, ill have to see if its sugar free. thanks a bunch guys... my side was hurting soo bad..finally was able to go... but oowww :oops: trying to think if i changed anything im eating but i really havent.
