This is me and my daughter in January - somehow the scale says I gained 25 pounds since this picture, but I'm not sure that's 100% true.




This is me sometime after my daughter was born (she's 3), but more than a year ago.

Well what cute pics! Lovely daughter and you have a lovely smile! You go girl!

If you think your scale is off might want to go buy a new one, the digital ones are pretty accurate. Don't be surprised if it shows you weigh more though, my new one was 2.4 pounds higher and other people had it say even higher! (one lower lol).

No matter what it says don't worry, it'll come off! Follow the plan and it will work for you as long as you don't cheat! I promise!

By the way, I love your first goal of sticking with it for a month. No number of lbs, no number of inches, just making the commitment to stay with it for a month. I love it! I have no doubt you'll be back for month two!

I'm so glad you posted your before pictures! You will be SO HAPPY you had them when you post your during and after pictures because then your pictures will be an inspiration to those starting out!

The studio forum is so motivating to me and I'm so glad you've joined us! Stick to the plan and stick with us and we'll drag you to your goal (kicking and screaming if necessary!)

Hiya Brandi! Thanks so much for sharing your pics. I know it's not an easy thing to do for a lot of us. But, it does make it nice to be able to associate a face with a name and also to help you in your weightloss journey its an amazing accountability tool as well as a motivator.
