Good Morning today is beautiful Day 2 for me and I feel great actually didn't have the normal sluggish feeling when the alarm clock went off and I know it's because no toxins entered my body yesterday.. I am however needing a little reassurance, I cooked stir fry for dinner last night with chicken, pre mixed stir fry veggies cooked in 2 tbsp of veggie oil with 2 tbsp of curry powder which shows 0g of carbs sugar and such all the way across the boards.. Please tell me this was ok because it's what's for dinner tonight... Other than that I feel great waiting on the box to come from my friend in Fla who couldn't stay on program due to med reasons it should be here any day gosh I hate these vanilla shakes :puke: I didn't get to a 5 supplement last night because I was sleeping so I will be sure to get that 5th one in today. I look forward to any reassurance on my meal last night...

Have A Shakin Great Day

If you measured everything and all of the veggies in your stir fry veggies are on the list from the Quick Start Guide, your meal sounds fine except I wouldn't have used the oil for cooking. You can get good results by using a bit of chicken broth or even water. You could also spray a little bit of PAM on the pan.

It's very important to get in all of your supplements. I've fallen asleep before and gotten up, made a shake and drank it in my sleep, lol. Less is not better with Medifast.

Read and re-read the Quick Start Quide. It's very simple....everything you're allowed is listed on one page.

Okay so on to Day 3 I worked late lastnight and again forgot a supplement but GREAT NEWS I'm down 4lbs  :bouncie: I know it's water weight but 4lbs is 4lbs and my clothes aren't as tight but there isn't a totally dramatic difference... I'm going to make sure I have all 5 today and I'm going home to make dinner and then will come back for night shift at this dreaded job that I will be leaving in about 11 work days :-)

Also I'm excited because my box of MF stuff cam yesterday I was so happy I was jumping up and down when I got home and hubby, niece & sister in law were laughing at me. My sister in law was actually studying my Quick Start guide so she can help me get through rough patches, and also so she is familiar with what veggies I'm allowed to have and how things should be cooked. I love my in-laws... Well I need to get to work and also finish eating oatmeal...

Hello all in MF world... Here I am on Day 4 and feel GREAT my sister in law & niece keep forgeting that I'm morphing into a new lifestyle, So everytime they walk around the kitchen eating sweets or something that's on my no no for now list they are like OH I"M SOOOO SORRY and I keep explaining to them that if I avoid situations where I'm presented with temptation I feel as if there is no challenge and I would feel that this whole change is boring me so it's a wonderful thing and it helps that my sister in law is trying her best to be extra concious when cooking things and although she isn't in quite the income bracket that I'm in she still wants to find a succesful way to lose weight due to the fact I'm on Day 4 and have dropped 6lbs WOO HOO I'm so ecstatic. We'll I have to say every day doesn't seem to be as hard as the first or second time around trying MF I really feel liberated that I'm on the program and being compliant totally and feel no desire to cheat even when it's right there in my face and I'm sure it's all due to the fact that I fell off before and know what will happen if I fall off again! Another big inspiration for me is the show Biggest Loser and Pam on the red team is my absolute inspiration as well as Suzie from the last season, those girls have been through so much and were battling there weight for a while and just buckled down committed and did it! (that ryhmes I need to use that as a frequent reminder) Well enough rambling on for today I will post again tomorrow....

Shake Shake for now :-)

Why would we think that? You have been open to suggestions and seem to be doing the deal and losing weight. Sounds like you are serious to me!

Blindfold, to avoid sight temptations.

Duct tape, to restrict access to the mouth.

Clothes pin placed on nose, to block out the aroma.

Yep, that's about all you need to stay compliant!

I just know I have let myself down and I feel like no one on here is going to take me seriously when I need a lift up or some advice... I also just want everyone to know I'm doing a good deed by sending what I have extra's of to FutureEMT (Brittany) to get her started so if anyone else would like to spread the MF Joy then please PM her so we can be a HUGE part of her transforming event... To help her help others...

Lots of restarters or newbies get lots of support whether they are compliant or not. You will be treated with the same respect, I imagine. I am glad you are trying to be helpful.

I use Wishbone Salad Spritzer. 10 calories for 10 sprays. Should be available at any grocery store in three flavors.
