Thanks Tawanda. He is in a hospice with cancer and refusing chemo and shutting everyone out. I am trying to understand. I keep crying but don't know if I'm crying for him or for me.

Biki, you've been on my mind. If your friend is in hospice, then I wonder if chemo would be of much help to battle his cancer? Maybe he was given the information that made him chose quality over quantity of what time he has left... I'm sad for your heartache and his diagnosis.

He died this morning T. Thank you for your concern. I was crying so hard my husband handed me a Cadbury's bar. I refused. Not going to use this as an excuse.

Good for you on turning down the candy bar, food doesn't make life easier or better. You need to grieve for the loss of your friend, nothing wrong with sadness and tears when someone close to us, leaves our world.

I decided to get my tusshy back on here and get this nasty weight off ! I logged in and saw many I knew and then saw your name ! I was thrilled ! I started reading your posts and want to say how sorry I am that your friend passed away...
You have always inspired me and I used to chat with you early in the am with JO...By the way, where is she?????
Anyway, I am at my all time high with weight and feel really like a slug...
I am re-startring tomorrow and can't wait to feel the burn !

So glad to see you back and can't wait to share weight loss success with you !

Hey Pam! Glad you're back on board. I got an email from Jo this past week in response to mine. She is quite busy with her business and grandkids. She is Medifasting a bit too to take care of a bit of freedom she gave herself during the holidays. I miss her too.

Taking time for yourself is great ! My new attitude is to do just that ! I am a mom of a 10 year old daughter and she can suck the energy right out of me, if I let her. So here I am on day 1 for ME !
