I just wanted to let you all know what happend today!

As I told you earlier I was starting the program over due to lack of success. Well I went to a doctors appointment this morning and low and behold!!!!

I LOST WEIGHT I was so surprised. and I was in sneakers and everything!
I started the program the first time at 225. I started the program this time at 217 and I am already at 212 WOOOOHOOOO!

P.S. Prior to MF I lost 40lbs on my own. I will post pics this week end :D
