Hi all. So nice to be back here with all of my medi-friends! I tell ya, so much has been happening here. I have found someone who wants to buy my business, we are just waiting on the leasing company to agree on a rent price that the buyers are comfortable with. (pins and needles here).Also, my precious dog, Sydney, had her puppies last week. The vet had seen 3 puppies on her x-rays, well, she had 7!!! They are just adorable! They are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. 1 boy, and 6 girls. Anyways, things are getting back in order around here, and I just placed another order of mf last week. I thought about trying nutri system for a round, but hubby said it best, "You KNOW medifast works" he's right. Yuck, did I just say that???? Just kidding, he can be pretty smart sometimes. Glad to be back!

Welcome back Sheila! Stick with M.F. I tried Nutri-system before and in my opinion the food was disgusting. It smelled like dog food to me and I had such an aversion to it that I sent it back. I'd rather go without eating then to eat the N.S. food so that was that. M.F. I think is healthier, taste better, and you lose weight much quicker than N.S. Good luck with the program! :D

Welcome Back! You're at the right place.

(BTW, I tried Nutrisystem. The food was horrible. I sold 2 of 4 weeks to my best friend - she in turn gave it away.)
