Wow! Lots of successes and new faces here! Congratulations to all you losers! :yourock:

I had a crazy summer, jumped off of the wagon, kept trying to get back on and just never did it. I have gained about 12 pounds back and am kicking myself for it. I could have been at goal by now if I had just kept on the MF wagon! Oh well, it is over, time has passed and now, I managed to pull up my big girl panties, jump back on the wagon and I'm going to take this MF ride to Loserville! :redprowl:

Today is day 2 of my re-start, and I reminded myself that I can not do this entirely on my own -- I need you all to keep me accountable and also motivated. Off to drink my cocoa!!!
RE-start date: 10/27/06 (33lbs lost; 12 gained=21 lost on MF prior to re-start)

Welcome Back Mom!~

As one of the new faces, I am amazed at the number of people that come back -- that is a HUGE indication of just how great this plan is and how well it works -- I would never go back to any of the diets I have tried in the past because, well, they didn't work!

YOu are an inspriation to us! Thanks for coming back!

p/s -- see you in loserville!!!

Welcome back, Mom!

I just restarted this week, too. Can't do it alone either. It's interesting how I stayed away from the forum the more and more I strayed. But I started reading up on the forum to get my mental strength back as I tried to reign it on in and bring it home . . .

So, three cheers for all the prodigal sons and daughters (and Moms) out there! ;-)

Welcome back Mom!!!

Don't beat yourself up. I look at you and think how great it is you came back, with minimal damage, and are ready to reach goal.

I only wish I had come back sooner.

Regardless, we're all on our way towards GOAL!!!!!!!!!!

thank you for the welcome backs and the encouraging words. I know this program works and I know I can do it! I know that I need to make myself more accountable and to visit this forum often -- it is when I stuck my head in the sand, ignored the MF food in my pantry that I let myself down.

So, I plan on being here a lot especially on those days when I'm struggling. I thank all of you for being here -- you are such a BIG help to me whether you realize it or not!
