I'm baa-aaack!

Hey everyone! I have been on holiday hiatus for the last 4 months or so. I wasn't too naughty, and I medifasted a couple days a week throughout, so I only gained back 5 lbs of the 40 I had lost before. So I'm restarting. Might as well join the crowd! I'm at 168 now and I need to get to 140, or there abouts. I will know better when I get there. I just re-ordered my products and I'm ready to be 100% compliant again. it worked before and it will work again. I'm ready for that big motivation I get from losing 5 lbs+ the first week! So I'll be officially starting next week when my products get delivered. Wish me strength (not good luck..cuz luck's got nothing to do with weight loss). :D

Thanks everybody. It's good to see all who are still hanging in there. I thnk I have proved a few of the folks who said I would gain it back wrong. So I'm happy about that. Hubby's all geared up to be supportive and he's even giving up crappy snacks and starting to read labels for his own diet, even though he's a total stick!

Sojo, P-ville's great, we didn't get any snow this year. If you're ever heading up to Tahoe, let me know we can hook up and have a L&G together if you want. My place is only a mile off Hiway 50. I'm down in Sacra-tomato Mon thru Fri for work so if you're gonna be in that neck, lemme know.
