My friend and I just got a chuckle out of me vacuuming with mine on. I told her, If you knock it might take me a minute to get the door cause I have to put my tiara away before I answer!

I keep threatening to leave mine on all the time so everyone knows I'm the queen in my house!

Gotta go, baby's up from afternoon napping!

Well, had some life issues going on. Sometimes it seems as if weightloss is the least of my issues. I decided to measure myself last night since I've not seen the scale moving as quickly as it had before. I only measure three real areas...under my bust, my waist, and my hips. I dropped 3.5 under bust, 3.25 waist, and 3 on my hips (which is also the biggest part of my belly) since 8/14. So, not too shabby in just over two months. I know I'm making muscle with my crunches and walking and wall pushups.

I need a snack. Gonna go find one.

See, didn't I tell you that those exercises were catching up? I knew there was a perfectly logical reason for your scale to be holding out on you!

Way to go :woohoo: on those inches that are gone gone gone! You'll be wearing that sexy red dress before you know it!!

Great news on the inches Skye! Nothing like another form of positive reinforcement when the scale is being stubborn.

You are doing a great job. Just think, you'll be shrinking even more before the parents arrive.

One more thing....CONGRATS on leasing the house in Indi. I know that has to be a huge burden off your mind. Good for you and your family!

Rodeo--I know I know. But it does get so frustrating sometimes. And I CAN'T wait to wear the little red dress.

Ms. Biki--Thank you maam. It's nice to 'see' a difference! Awesome jogging you've been doing lately. I get the urge to 'jog' when I'm laying in bed at night! Haven't gotten the nerve to actually try it tho!

Thanks so much Trace! I can't wait to see if the p's 'notice'. That's my real 'test'. And the house thing...I think I lost ten tons off my shoulders the night my realtor called. She said that she thinks these guys would rent forever. It would be nice if I was making my whole house payment from them but I'll take what I can get in the meantime. Plus the daughter said that maybe in a few years she'd have credit to be able to buy the house. So, we'll see where that goes. But you're right. Stress be gone!

Okay, I'm here. I've continued to hide out. I've been in a funk lately and I don't want to bring anyone down with me. My wonderful self-defense is to withdraw and keep my stuff in my own head.

I keep telling myself that I should be happy because the p's will be here in NINE days. But instead I seem obsessed that the scale isn't giving me the numbers I desire. I've been thinking of cheating daily now and having to fight the urge. I've cleaned my house twice now just trying to keep busy.

Today the bathroom goddess was nice to me and I actually have more than a pound lost this week. Three weeks ago I dropped an even five pounds. Two weeks ago it was .8. Last week I reported one pound dropped. So far this week I'm down 3.4 so I guess I'm looking at a 'big' week for me. I just have to keep moving. It's just funny to me how sometimes this plan is sooooo easy to follow, for me, and other times it's like pulling teeth, so hard to keep going. I feel wishy washy.

So, anyway, I'm here, still kicking. Still shaking in my boots. And shhh, don't tell anyone, but if I stay where I am for roll call then I've entered the 50# club. Let's wait and see though. That 50#'s also means I am officially half way there. (oh and the scale said 219.6 today)

Hehe, Biki, I saw you claimed your place in the 90# club this week. Great job. I can't make anything official until weigh day!

Hey Linda! I'm here. I've been busy lately. I always seem to find stuff to do that isn't near the computer. Unfortunately I have certain things that I have to do when baby is napping (my usual computer time) which keeps me from the boards.

This next week is going to be fun. I'm still trying to get all the pictures and things hung on the walls upstairs. My downstairs is presentable because that's all that most people see. My parents will have the pleasure of seeing the entire house so I have to make it all look pretty. UGH.

So, I might be scarce for awhile. Or just scary! I'm going to take my kids out on halloween. I will wear my devil horns and tail. I wanted to post in the dressing for halloween discussion but don't want to offend anyone. This is my fav costume. And when I work or am around adults I just tell everyone that 'I'm horny'!

Oh, btw, I am now an official member of the 50# club. Down 5.2 for the week. I hit 52#'s today. Gone, forever, thanks to MF. It puts me a total of 67 down since the beginning of my weight loss journey. 218 even today. My next mini-goal is to get under 211. Last time I worked so hard to lose weight (about five years ago???) I got stuck at 211 and just stayed there for awhile and then started gaining from there.

I'm getting worried cause it's about time to be placing my order and I just don't know where I'm going to get the $$ from. I haven't had to order for quite awhile because I stocked up before we moved (three or four months worth of stuff) and then didn't use any food during the summer. Ugh, when one stressor leaves (house payment) another one shows up. If I can make it two more weeks I might be able to use $$ from his next pay. I'm just sick of chic noodle soup and that's the majority of what I have left. UGH.

Okay, whining over for the day. Going to go find something to eat other than chic noodle.
