Hi everyone, I'm back on the plan after being away a year.. Please pray for me, as I'm starting fresh, a little discouraged, looking towards Christmas an hour at a time..

Don't be discouraged, we are all in this together. I just started a few weeks ago and have already lost 14 lbs. You can do it too!
