Im sooo excited. I weighed this morning and I am down 11 lbs in 13 days. I would really like to get under 220 by tomorrow when its my 2 week mark. I am only 4 lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight 3 years ago. LOL.

I just take it one day at a time and give myself tiny goals and I feel so much better.

I love this plan- Im never hungry although I find myself wanting to graze all day long on junk like I used to but I havent yet. I figure if Im paying this much money to lose the weight I better stay on track and do it right.

BTW- I just love this board. I read it every morning before I even leave the room to start my day- great motivation.
