An accomplishment!!

I went to lunch at tgi fridays with my sister and i had chicken and greens and tea!! i wasn't even tempted for anything else. my sister was shocked and impressed!!

I can't beleive i actually ate out and was good!!!

I don't think i have ever gone to a restaurant and didn't order desert!!!

I am soo thrilled.

I must be in ketosis since i am not hungry anymore!!

even though i didn't have weight loss this week i am noticing changes in my habits which are amazing!!
And i know next week or maybe the week after it will show on the scale!!!

Woo Hoo!! I ate out also over the weekend and stayed on plan!! It isn't always easy to look past the stuff you used to eat and make healthy choices but it is so worth it

Wow that is awesome. I ate out for the first time last week also. It is actually pretty easy to do. Keep up the great work.
