I saw they have it here at the store. It has carrots in it though. Is that ok?

Jenn, carrots are not on the list of allowable vegetables. I suppose that if you want to take the time, you could pick out the carrots. Just make sure that the other vegetables that make up the slaw are allowed on the plan. There is a vegetable list in your Quick Start Guide.

they have shredded cabbage in those little bags that has no carrots added in. Now, you got me thinking, it might be worth it one day to just buy and shred a head of cabbage. I like the ones in the store though cause they shred so fine.

If there aren't that many carrots, I would pick them out.

The broccoli slaw I buy has so few carrots that I just pick them out. I love the stuff on my salads.
