Did anybody warn the fat cells that they are about to become vacant of all excess fluid and other waste?

4:30 Vanilia Shake

6:30 Chicken Rice Soup

8:30 SF Jello

Cant wait til Sunday(day 7 ) to weigh in!

@ 6:30 I will have the Stew

I know there was no L&G....JUST Didnt feel like it today.....

You're doign great - - and you did have the lean (chicken), just not the green.

I'm with you though, I can't choke down L&G these days. I tried yesterday and it was miserable. I felt horrible all night and left about an ounce of chicken on my plate.

I'm a daily weigher, lol. There's no way I can wait - - unless I am physically away from a scale. Men lost so fast, we're all going to be jealous with your firsr weeks loss.
