30lb club for me!!

I'm so excited. I made it to the 30 lb club today. Move me up Unca :D

WOW !!!! :cleader: Yea !!! Isn't it wonderful? I"m on the doorstep of the 30 lb club and can't wait til the door opens. Maybe by Sunday!!!! Isn't MF wonderful? My youngest son came in yesterday......(I haven't see him for a few days), and said "Mom stay on this diet cuz it is working." Music to my ears!!!!!!!!!!! :dance:

Last night I was putting away groceries and tried to carry 20 lbs of flour to the pantry and was it ever heavy. :| WOW I thought, I have lost 28 pounds and carried it around for years !! :shock: Reality check time!!! :( No wonder I hurt, and need the weight off!! :x

EVIE--

what an awesome thing to happen--when your child notices the change in you from being on program :mrgreen: 20# is heavy and I think everyone should try to pick up what they have lost just to see how heavy it really was for our bodies to have to carry around :shock: have a great week..Martha
