Just wanted to say that even though the ricotta cheese is not on the MF plan, you probably didn't knock yourself out of ketosis. 1 cup is high in protein and fat but only has about 13 carbs. Each one of our MF meals averages about 10-15 carbs anyway. Now the rice, well, that's another story ~ LOL.
