Greetings from Tim Davis. I am a Health Advisor for Medifast products and I am here to help you lose those extra pounds in a safe and healthy manner! I have to admit that my wife Joye and I were skeptical at first--since pregnancy my wife has had some extra pounds around her midsection that she has tried, without success, to lose.
