I leap on the digital scales daily in my leopard print underdoodies, of course! :shades:

What's this? Mikey, I don't understand this:

and I wear a G-Shock

Does this mean that you wear a G string? and it shocks ya? :scratchhead:

My, my, these new fangled things are well, shocking!

But after losing a hundred pounds, we do it because we can!!!

Trust me, if you saw me in a G-STRING, you would be shocked. I would have to find one that would first not hide from me, like the scale USED to… No G-STRINGS for this Dad. My philosophy, If I won’t allow my kids to wear it (them) than neither shall I.

A G-Shock is a Wristwatch made by Casio. Man’s watch, big, bulky, Velcro band, outside watch, yard’s, car’s swimming, showering, one you don’t have to remove for anything, and I mean anything, except that darned .3785 pounds it adds to my morning weight.

By the way, it’s been over 9 months ago since I began Medifast, 5 months since I lost the weight, and am still maintaining my exact weight. I do move up and down 2-4 pounds at a whack, but it NEVER remains. I adopted your “fiver” rule, (never exceed 5 or I will immediately go back on the full fast) but have only ever seen 4.something. This morning, I was 224.3, and my normal goal (if you can call it that) weight is 223.4 (thank God for digital scales)

My Mom (Ginny for those of you that have been here awhile) has continuously maintained her substantial loss also (70 something if I remember correctly). She is in the neighborhood of low 130’s if I remember. We still speak at least 4-5 times a week, with weight, and maintenance being one of the most important topics.

It is of DIRE importance to have a support base, this board, and my Mom.

As I am, she will always be a Medifast supporter…

Mike,

SO glad you straightened me out on the G-Shock!

WHat a picture: Guido in a thong or a G- String...

Yep, Mikey, support is vital for maintenance as well as the weight loss phase. We must be accountable to someone! Guido is out there and he keeps us on the straight and narow!

I weigh in the buff, eau naturelle, in my birthday suit

I think i get the most accurate reading that way because i know some of my clother add at least a pound or 2 and i get alot of motivation from even 1-2 pounds.
