Most of us love to have fun, just not at other people's expense. I guess that comes with maturity. You're right. Maybe we are old and stuffy, but it's not worth it to blatently make fun of another person just for a laugh.

I am really glad you said that.

Uh ... I don't think it's an age related thing! At least I hope not!!

You've made a good observation here, Beth. Yet, this is an OPEN forum. It's INCLUSIVE! We are the only ones that have the power to "exclude" ourselves. :D

Ok, we have to put an end to this. I am sure that Unca and Nancy are getting their mailboxes swamped with complaints.

Can we just forgive and forget and move on to talking about my pooping issues again?

I would love nothing more than to talk about your pooping, poopscoopingscorpio! It's the highlight of my day - especially while I'm eating, which is right now! :-)

So, how goes the IBS?

By the way, you mentioned the activia yogurt - have you tried the Fage Greek yogurt - it's got live cultures that also help the belly. I know I have quite a few family members and friends who've had some really good, uh, results from it! ha

Well, I had an attack yesterday, but I seem ok today.

I have tried the Fage yogurt- I actually wonder if it is MF compliant. It has an amazing 13 grams of protein, 6 carbs and 6 grams of sugar, I think. Ok, I guess the sugar is bad. But it really is the perfect low carb treat.

Oy, long story, it's best to not even ask!
How have you been, by the way?

Best idea I've heard all day! I love talking about intestinal issues.

Ugh, sorry about yesterday's attack. You know, I didn't start eating the Fage 0% until I was on maintenance, but I imagine it would be a fine Lean option, if you look at the Quick Start guide. But I think you would have to get the 0% (non fat) version. Yes, the protein levels ROCK!

I eat one every day. Kind of an obsession. Guess there are worse things, huh?

It's funny, I don't like it all that much, personally. Unless it's mixed with nuts and a little honey. It's too much like sour cream - which I like, but I wouldn't eat by itself. It also didn't work on my ... errr ... intestinal issues NEARLY as well as Activia.
