Keep going! You WILL be successful in getting to goal and you are determined to stick to program (because it is a whole lot easier to stick with it than to try to get your Medi-groove back again). We're cheering for you (but I'm too lazy to go get those little cheer-leader medifast smileys.....).

You can do this!

Thanks T, I appreciate it. I need to print out your "I will not sacrifice" saying and hang it up.

I need to read it and remember it, too. I find that I don't 'see' it and I have a tendency to forget what is most important to me, in the long run. :? One of those cases where 'do as I say, not necessarily as I do'. ;)

I printed it out in huge print and put it on my fridge. I also told my cousin that I wasn't going out with them on Saturday night so that's two positive things I have done today.

Hey Donna, Good for you getting back on plan. Sometimes at this stage it is just easier to remove yourself from the situations that you are not able to control (yet!).

I have a suggestion regarding beading. If you are interested in learning and taking classes find a bead shop and not a mass marketer like JOann's. You'll get far better instruction and also much better choices for beads, stones and findings. There are so many bead shops and you may even find one closer to your home.

I definitely need to remove myself from those situations since I'm obviously not able to handle them as well as I thought.

There are probably lots of bead shops in the area and I may just save that as a reward for myself when I get to my halfway point of losing this weight. I really would like to give it a try.

I made it thru day two compliant and exercised yesterday evening. I am really sore but so glad I'm finally exercising. I was going to walk this morning but something strange is going on with my left foot so I think I'll wait on that. I woke up Sunday and the top of my foot was hurting and now there is a knot on it and a bruise on the inside of it with anothor knot. I'll give it a rest today and tomorrow so by Friday it may be much better when it's time to do the tape again. Next week I will, hopefully, get the walking in on the days I'm not doing the tape. That's the plan anyway.

I can't go to sleep right now so I though I would check in on some journals and post a little in mine. Exercised Friday as planned and I'm going to go ahead and try walking at the track next week. So far I have had a successful and compliant weekend. :) Hope everyone has a good weigh-in this morning!

Hi donna!

Can I be your walking buddy this week?

We can post an entry in each other's journals if we have walked any day? I am kind of stuck doing it anyhow, the dog goes nuts every morning when he sees my girls and I almost ready to walk to school. A 100 lbs golden is like a wreaking ball indoors when he is excited. :roll:

let me know?

regards,
joy
