I'm glad you're doing a little better. Maybe bring a bar along? And/or some soy crisps? Fewer questions with something like that, I think. Good luck. As for the takeout, I'm sorry but there are TONS of carbs in the bun and the breading (that's pretty much all those are). More than enough to knock you out of ketosis. But some people get back into the state of ketosis more quickly than others; plus if you had the carbs all at one time, it minimized the effect on your blood sugar and insulin levels.
