Merry Christmas to all who celebrate the season!

I know it has been a long time since I've posted, perhaps I'll do better at keeping in touch during 2011.

I'm still doing the yo-yoing with my weight. My plan for 2011 is to get back to my goal weight and learn to maintain that weight.

Again.....Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all who are still here on this site!

It has been such a long time since I've checked in at my journal. I'm still maintaining the majority of my weight loss but sticking to my goal weight has been challenging. I'm still using the supplements often and doing my best to exercise daily. Life is good.

I appreciate Medifast and I could *never* have done this without Nancy's support.

That is awesome girlfriend. I have some great recipes that if you want I will send to you. My favorite is the Medifast Stuffed Brownie Cookie. OMG SO GOOD. Feels like you are cheating and you are not.

Hi everyone!
I'm still using MF products (off and on) and still working on learning to keep the weight off. I am a compulsive overeater and am eager for the day when I can introduce myself, on sites like this, as a 'compulsive overeater who has maintained at goal for x years now'. ;) I know I'll get there, but sure wish I were able to say those words now.

I have been successful in keeping quite a bit of my weight loss off since reaching goal (for the first time) in 2007 using Medifast products. Since reaching goal I've regained 20-30+ pounds a few times. Not good for the body either mentally or physically. Thankfully I have never regained all my weight before reining myself in and getting back on program.

I am a work in progress.

Right now I am 24# above my goal. I know I will get this regained weight back off (hey, Medifast works) and I am determined to learn the tools needed so that regaining weight (more than 3-5#) will be a thing of the past. Eating in moderation....I must have slept through that class. ;)

I just wanted to check in and keep things truthful & real in my journal.

No one said losing weight & learning how to deal with life, eating, emotions (without food) would be easy--but it sure is a worthwhile endeavor.

T.

for Hidy Ho, Little Darlin' -

Weight and health management is a daily challenge, eh? In a dream world we would all have a personal shopper and chef who would deliver 110 calorie nutritionally-balanced meals to our chaise lounge by the azure blue ocean heated to 102 degrees every two and a half hours; our children would be enjoying strenuous soccer drills designed to develop amazing coordination and physical prowess (plus poop 'em out so they eat their veggies and sleep soundly the moment they are put down for their nap!) and we'd have self-cleaning homes and personal assistants to empty th dishwasher, fold clothes and put them away! Drat! It's just a dream!

I give you  for each positive choice you make, for not giving up on beautiful you!

Dr. Andersen says it is v-e-r-y hard to live healthfully in today's world but our meal replacements make it easier. I'm gonna have chili with Baja Cafe salsa for lunch and deam that it tastes like it is smothered with cheese, sour cream and green onions and my glass of Strawberry Flavor infuser is a double strawberry margarita!
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels...
