Not yet. (I e-mailed you the info), but we still have to call in the changes to the company (800-572-4417).
We were told at conference in July that it will be availble soon... probably in January, but not until they have all of the bugs out first. Nothing gets launched until it has been thoroughly tested.

Until then, either let your HA know the changes or you call call it in yourself.

Nope....we're still on the old system.
The new platform is in the works.

While there are some people who have successfully made changes to their BeSlim Club orders online, we continue to direct clients to phone the Call Center to make the changes to avoid the risk of losing the accrued discount.

The Call Center Reps are great about making changes for us.

To expedite the process, be prepared when you call - have your BeSlim Club Base number ready and a list of the Medifast items you want. You do not need the product item numbers, just their names. Example:
6 boxes Dutch Chocolate 55 shakes, 2 boxes Chocolate Mint Bars, etc.

(The BeSlim Base number is different from your Client ID. If you are unsure of your BeSlim Base number, the Call Rep can look up your account by your Client ID Number.)

In addition to moving towards our health goals and progressively saving money for Medifast food products, BeSlim Clubbers also earn redeemable points towards cool rewards. It’s sortta like winning for losing!

The IT platform changes will be well-worth the wait! In the meantime, make changes to your BeSlim Club orders telephonically!

I just set up a new order being sure to keep the start date right and delete the old. Works for me every time.e

Jo - thats what I did but then I was afraid I wouldn't get the ncrease in the discount. I'm going to call them today anyway so I'll ensure that I do while I am there.

Just remember folks as Kym is saying, with the BeSlim Club and Rewards program (TSFL) your discount increases from 5% to 8% on the 4th month and then to 12% on the 7th month and thereafter.
The rewards program is finally set and can be done online, there are lots of things you can redeem the points for (1 point for ever $ spent on products).
I lloked through the rewards products and there is just so much to choose from.

I am so glad I am with TSFL.
