PLEASE help me figure out the daily tracker sheet!!!

Postby onehotmommy » January 18th, 2006, 11:34 pm

Be forewarned, I am not computer literate. That said, I want to take the daily sheet off the Medifast site and put 4 of those on one sheet, 3 on another, then put them in sheet protector thingies and have a week at a glance type of thing. I want that empty spot on the bottom right corner of the sheet with 3 so that I can write in what I accomplished that week.....exercise, lbs lost, etc. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get more than one on a sheet.
:x :x :x :x :x :x
I have gotten one sized down to the perfect size and it printed in the top left corner, but the rest is blank, no matter what I do. If all else fails, I can go scan it, then figure out how to paste them onto one document. Clearly, I am lost. If anyone has them in this format or can do it for me, please let me know! PM me if you can help please! Thanks!!!

:D

Have What You Need

Postby LovenElvis » January 19th, 2006, 7:05 am

I think I may have what you want. I was able to put 4 on one sheet and 3 on another.

Let me know how I can get it to you and see if it is something that you would like.

Hmmmm......I still don't have anything in my inbox :(

Postby onehotmommy » January 19th, 2006, 2:14 pm

I'm bummed.....wonder if it is lost in cyberspace till later today? I checked my PM to you and I did send the right addy.....I just knew I typed it wrong, but I didn't! :hammerhead1:  Could you re-send and I'll let you know when it shows up. Thanks!

Day 1 is kicking my butt btw..........I had to bust out the boullion and I dined on a little tub of SF Jello.....boy that was GOOD! I guess I am used to grazing after I pick up DS from school at noon. Funny how you don't realize it until you are starving and opening drawers for no reason. I made a gallon of Crystal Light, so that should help my sweet tooth! Hanging in there.......

Onehotmommy

Hang in there--better days are coming :easyrider: This is day 5 for me and boullion has been my savior :yeah: One thing that was recommended for me to do (and it may sound silly especially to those of you w/o kids) is to put a smiley face on the calendar at the end of the day if I make it all the way through :-P as weird as it may sound it works for me. I look forward to placing my smiley face everyday and it would irk me to have to look at a day without a smiley face

OK now that everyone here probably thinks I am nuts :goofyjump: I better shut up!!

Hang in there :weightlift:

   A Smiley a day? Nope, not a silly thing to do at all - it is a visual reminder of a good day accomplished.

We all need some kind of incentives to keep us going. While we are in process our incentives can be very simple like a  or an 'x' on the calendar, a weekly night out at the movies, a monthly pedicure or massage, $ in a jar towards the purchase of a new outfit when we reach goal, etc.

Those  are important!

How to find Daily Tracker Sheet

Postby bear45 » January 19th, 2006, 3:16 pm

Please tell me how to access this sheet...thanks so much. It is day 4 for me today...it is amazing how good that one supplement bar is!! I had the lemon one this afternoon and had the choc. mint yesterday. I have ordered the chai latte and am looking forward to getting that tea drink.

Hope everyone is ok today.

Sent again

Postby LovenElvis » January 19th, 2006, 3:55 pm

onehotmommy - I sent you another email. I hope that works for you :) If not let me know.

I have to agree...today has been a little hard. So far, I'm truckn' through. :burnout: I'm waiting for my chicken to cook now. I'm truly surprised, so far, how the food does taste. I haven't tried the boullion...is that just cubes?

bear4me - PM me with your email address and I can send you the sheet that they are talking about.

I got it!

Postby onehotmommy » January 19th, 2006, 5:07 pm

Silly e-mail, I got them both finally! It is absolutely perfcet for what I wanted! Did I mention that YOU ROCK?! :kool:

Bear45---I had a lemon bar today and it was really, really good! I savored it the whole day to pick up my DS from school...keeps me from wanting to stop at the heart attack shacks for sure.

Nancy---a pedicure and massage sound really good!!! I am thinking of getting a manicure each week to make me feel pampered...gotta throw a pedicure in at least once a month too though.....you know, since I am already there at the salon and all :drive: ....might as well!

Falisamarie---I used to do the little foil stars on a calendar for exercise. I had one color for cardio and one for weights.....too bad I didn't have one for eating right an one for drinking water! Never fear, I have leftover stars for sure ! ;)

The boullion comes in granules or cubes. The granules dissolve instantly when you drop them in boiling (or nuked for a minute and a half) water. I add a few dashes of curry to mine to make it less chicken-ey and more flavorful. It REALLY gives you a fix when your body is begging for salt.

I am glad this idea helped some others. It is bad when you can't remember what you ate or if you ate only 2-3 hrs ago. Now I can look at the book and know what is what!

:D
