Not really new but....

Postby MISSANNE » July 10th, 2006, 10:22 pm

I am starting all over.

Some of you may remember me. I still post a couple times a week but have not stuck to MF for weeks. I got my my food in January and have restarted every Monday for months. Then, the last couple weeks, I haven't even attempted. I am shocked that is already July. If I had fgaithfully done MF when I first ordered in Jan, I would be at goal by now!

Strange thing is, I still work out Monday-Friday with a perosnal trainer. Just can't seem to get the food thing down. Until this morning that is. Stepped on the scale and have gained back the 9 lbs I lost plus a few more! I take full responsiblity. I have not fairly gave MF a try. I typically do it all week then drink and eat what I want on the weekends. The hardest part for me is giving up the clubs, etc that I go to with my girlfiriends the weekends that my kids go with their dad. But, I just try to tell myself how much nicer I would look and how much better I would feel if I was thinner.

That stops tonight. Yes, I have said (and posted) that before but I am giving it my all this time.

I am taking my kids to Disneyland is September and really want to be comfortable and not worry about if the bars on the rides will close or not.

I am changing my ticker back to 0 lbs lost and clearing my mind.

Healthiness......here I come!

Welcome back to it, Michelle !! Sometimes it takes a little wakin' up to make the decision, but once it's made, there's no looking back. I wish you much success with your renewed journey and I look forward to watching as you reach your goals.

Hi Michelle,
I'm so happy you're restarting! You sound like you're ready to really give it a commitment! I know you can do this!

You may want to cut down on the exercise for a bit just to get acclimated to the program and listen to your body, you'll know if you're overdoing it! Remember, we're always here! I'm always here too!

Nice to have you back Michelle, I know you can do it, you seem to know it now too. I know the clubs can be hard but your determination needs to be stronger.

Hey Michelle,

Welcome back! I'm one for clubs and bars myself, but I know if I go it'll be too tempting to have a few drinks, and then I'll want some food, so I'm swearing off the club scene for awhile. I think I'll probably be going to the movies a lot instead. You can do it too!
