Slimmin is tenacious. Even after being off program she finds her way back and tries again. It's not how many times we fall but how many times we get up :)

Lauren's positive attitude and dedication to exercise (even after her accident awhile back and now after her surgery) are amazing. And she's inspired me to become a dedicated exerciser, too.

I admire the way Robin is so level headed when it comes to food and exercise. While I am all over the board with both, she just keeps on tickin'

I love the way that JO sees the good in everyone. She is always encouraging and uplifting. She is a shining example to all of us. <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/16/16_6_1v.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D16%252F16_6_1v/image.gif">

I admire Katie so much for her honesty and her positive outlook. I don't know how she does it having to be around food all the time. Like I said, I admire her!

Mickey still sticks around the weight loss forums to keep the rest of us motivated even though she has made her goal. Knowing that someone cares enough to cheer those of us still on our journey is a comforting feeling. I know there are many others like Jo, Mary, Hol and more that are also maintainers that continue to encourage and support. Mickey just happens to be at this point in the list right now. Besides - she left me a note in my journal that was SUPER kind-hearted, uplifting and very desparately needed today. Thanks Mickey!
