LOL...What NOT to put in your shaker....

Shaker + Soup + Hot water = EXPLOSION!!!!!

I couldn't find a bowl at work to microwave my soup in. Don't know what I was thinking, but I got out my shaker, poured my soup in, went to the Grill (work at a Golf Club) and got some hot water. Put the lid on and BOOM! Little soup noodles everywhere! What a mess.

Boy, was I emberrassed! :D

Oh My Gooooodness Another Victim!!!
I did the exact same thing with the hot cocoa. And I hate to admit this but putting diet soda in a shake in the shaker jar doesn't work either  It does make rather a spectacular explosion though... not tooo much fun cleaning up my kitchen though. Yup, white tile and white woodwood :(

HAHAHA I thought it was just me. When I am at work, I put hot water and the soup mix in my blender, and I try to hold down the cover as tight as possible, but always ended up with exploding soup!!!!!

So now I blend the soup with cold water and heat it in the microwave afterwards. Kind of a pain, but less exploding soup!!!

Ok, I'll admit it, I did the exact same thing with the chai latte. Unfortunately, I had on a white shirt and black pants. It was all over me, my desk, the floor EVERYWHERE! The up side~ I didn't get burned, the downside~ I had to drive a half hour back home to change my clothes then realized that my iron was no longer working (but that's another story)! so...i feel your pain

OK, I had hot cocoa all over my desk one night at work, because I forgot my blender bottle and thought I'd use the shaker jar instead. Duh.

Sarina, sorry you lost your soup.

Just 3 ago I went to a friends house to tell them about the medifast products. My friend has a brand new house with a brand new microwave oven. I proceeded to make the oatmeal in their new microwave. Apparently new microwave ovens cook a whole lot faster - to my  the oatmeal exploded in their new microwave. My face turn a bright red   color and I quickly cleaned up the oven.

My friend ate what was left of the oatmeal and tried the other products and decided to start his whole family on the medifast. It just goes to show that good things can happen out of embarrassing situations. My friend has lost 16lbs in 3 weeks and is one happy Medifaster!!! :) :)
