Thanks Tawanda.

I feel like that I can write my true feelings down in this journal. And I am not going to be judged. I explained what happenend with my son to one of my good friends. And I got such a bad attitude from her. You guys mean alot to me.

I tried getting my husband on Medifast. He said no way Jose. He is also a chef and being in the kitchen all day would be to tempting for him. HE lost weight once before alot of it around 80# He looked great. Not saying he does not look good now. He gained about 25# back. He is just going to limit all Junk. I think he was jealous yesterday when I told him my Cholesterol was 131. He went and had lab work done also last week and it was 230. He also has High Blood pressure. Doctor put him on Blood pressure medicine. But he siad he does not want to take it. That he will try to exercise and eat healthier :x That makes me really mad that he wont take it. John and my family have a long line of Heart disease that runs through the family. Sometimes he is just so stubborn.

thanks everyone

Woke up in a great mood. Don't no why but I did. I feel fabulous. My Husband and I got our new bedroom furniture. Mabye I am sleeping like a baby. So I went through alot of my clothes Summer and Winter. And I am giving them to salvation army. This is the first time in a long time that I have still been motivated about a diet.

My husband let me sleep in today. First thing I did is ran to the Bathroom got naked and jumped on ths scale. 6# down very exciting. The only reason I am 6 down is I went off program last week, went to atlantic city. But I Started back up this past Monday. I am really please with myself. Last time I went off program it was really hard for me to get back on. But I am determined to do it this time. I have been receiving alot of compliments lately from people that I have not seen since Christmas. It really makes my day when I receive them.

I keep thinking about my Birthday coming up the big 35. I am really excited about this. The reason is my sister is moving back from San francisco. I have not seen her since Last July. She is going to be schocked when I pick her up at the Airport. She has no idea that I am on a diet. Also My father and his wife are coming up from South Carolina. They saw me in Christmas at my heaviset 251.6. I can not wait to show off my new svelt body. I am so into this program right now. I love it. I love it. I love it.

Thanks to everyone writing in my journal and that leaves encouraging words.

katie, you are rockin' it :) !! Congrats on getting right back on program, for losing your atlantic city carryover and reaching the 30# club, that is great ! It WILL be so fun for you to show off your new lighter self to your family members when you see them again, especially if they have no idea that you are losing weight ... gotta love the element of surprise :D.

Keep up the great work :).

Woke up in a fabulous mood. Last night I was doing a lot of thinking. I have been a 120# over weight for the past 4 years. I said to my self there is no way that I can lose that much weight. Then I went back and looked at the weight that I lost. I only have 85# to go to hit goal. I also realized I only have 16 1/2 to go for wonderland. Thats not that much and realized I can do it. That it is not that hard. I know that I am going to have some struggles but I can get through that.

You no what is really hard. I always say that I am not going to weigh myself every morning that I am going to weigh myself only on Sundays. Silly me always gets on that scale. ( I would rather get one big number at once) So my thing I am going to give up for Lent is Only to weigh myself once a week. ;)

Thanks Lizabette & SuzyQ for the kind words. So I did not Win the Lottery today. Thats okay I did not want to be a money hungry person. ;) So we are getting snow today. And it is wet snow. I had to drive matthew to school and the roads were awful. The thing that I really hate about it is that I have to shovel the snow <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/28/28_4_8.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D28%252F28_4_8/image.gif">. I think of it this way I get my exercise in. :D

Oh, a snow day. Well, I hope that the shovelling doesn't burn you out too badly !! Glad we don't have to deal with that here very much .

Cheers to you,
Karli

Actually the snow turned into the real light powder snow. Very excited. It only took 30 minutes to shovel. :D So I was looking in the mirror today and I can finally start seing it. That I am losing weight. The thing that stinks is my stomach is like Jello. Its so squishy(dont know if that is a word) But thats what i think it is. Also my stretch marks are gross.

My stomach is getting more jello-y every day. Stretch marks that are YEARS old are showing up as crinkly wrinkles~!
