hi all,

i started medifast 3 weeks ago and just recently found this forum. lots of great advice and support.

wish i'd known about medifast earlier...i'm getting married 3 weeks from saturday and it would have made a great difference, but i probably would have had a mountain of excess fabric from my wedding dress!

it's been a bit of a rollercoaster thus far with medifast--i had an unexpected trip and a few hiccups so i've been in and out of ketosis--but i've lost 13 pounds already.

so happy to find something that actually works, i can stick to, and makes me actually enjoy all that water [minus the extra trips to the loo, of course].

I see you're sort of in "my neck of the woods". I live in Vancouver, which is in SW Washington. I am soo glad you found us. It's a great group of supportive people. You'll have to post a wedding picture for us all.
