Hello,

I am a brand “new”bie starting tomorrow – Tuesday, 6/12/07 and just wanted to say Hi! I am new to the program (though have some foods from a time I ordered but never even started :oops: ) so I am ready to go!

I look forward to chatting with you all – this seems to be such a great group!

Good Morning... I would post them in your Journal. We all pop in and out of the forum all day. The Journal is the easiest place to check. Plus you will have all your questions in one place.

Make sure you read the Quickstart Guide too. That answers a lot of the questions you may have.

Patty, I agree with Pinks and Biki......post in your journal and also keep the Quick Start Guide close by so you can look up your questions there and if you need clarification, ask your Health Advisior or also post in your journal and one of the HAs within the group will give you their input, too.

Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!
