Today I am giving this another try. I plan on being fully compliant and take it one hour at a time today. So far so good. I have had two cups of
coffee and I am about to eat my eggs.

Schedule for today:

10:30 - eggs
1:00 - chicken noodle soup
3:00 - tomato soup
5:00 - cream of chicken soup
7:00 - L & G
9:00 peach oatmeal

O.K! It is time for me to get busy and get serious about this and quit messing around!!! :x I just found out that I have to go to a company meeting on March 20 ! That is only 3 weeks away! It is going to be in San Antonio on the River Walk and I will have to get up in front of a group of people. I know I can't lose alot of weight by then, but I would feel extremely better about myself if I could lose at least 15 pounds by then. This will be motivation for me at least!

All you can do is be compliant, drink your water and exercise-the scale is unfortunately out of our control. I wish you the best of luck!

Well after leaving Medifast and trying another diet program I am returning to Medifast. I know this works. Just look at the success that all of you are having ! Biki you are still my inspiration! I will be weighing in on Monday morning. I found a recipe to make a batch of chili (14 servings) and I will be doing that this weekend. I am going to freeze some of it. Looking forward to success this time. :)

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. Feels good to be back. The massive chili recipe turned out good. It made 14 servings. I froze all of them in the twist and lock containers so that it will be handy to thaw in the fridge when I get hungry for chili all I have to do is pop it in the microwave for a couple of minutes. I weighed 236 this morning so I will be changing my ticker. Looking forward to a good week! :D
