I made it through day 2 with total compliance. My schedule did not work out as planned but I did not cheat. I ended up having a lean & green that consisted of grilled chicken, lettuce and tomato. That is what I needed. I felt much better after I ate the salad. I only got in 4 supplements though.

Today is day 3. I hope I get into ketosis soon !

Schedule for today:

9:30 - Vanilla pudding
12:00 - Chicken rice soup
2:00- Cream of chicken soup
4:00 - Tomato soup
7:00 - Lean & green or soup
9:00 - Oatmeal

I made it through day 3!!! I checked to see if I was in ketosis last night and the stick was dark pink!! I feel much better and less hungry. Again, my schedule was 4 supps and a lean & green. I need to work on my schedule to try to get the 5th one in. I am feeling more confident about this now.

Schedule for today:

9:00 - hot cocoa
12:00 - chicken noodle soup
2:00 - cream of chicken soup
4:00 - pudding or tomato soup
6:00 - lean & green
8:00 - apple cinnamon oatmeal

Hello! I made it through day 4 and on to day 5. Last night was kind of hard being that it was the weekend. I don't know what it is about weekends that is so hard for me, but I plan to stay on track. I did pretty good yesterday. My schedule did not go as planned and I ended up only having 3 supps and a lean & green. For my l &g I got Outback takeout. I got the ceasar salad with no dressing, do croutons or cheese which ended up being a grilled chicken breast on top of lettuce. I also got an order of sauteed mushrooms. I felt guilty after eating the mushrooms because towards the end I noticed alot of butter. This is one reason I did not eat my last supplement. I felt I had messed up. I will not order the mushrooms anymore.

Anyway, I will survive the weekend and stay compliant!!!! 8)

Electra,

I've noticed that you aren't regularly getting all you supplements in......that's not good. Even we you have a slip up, we aren't supposed to skip a supplement. You need all of the nutrients that the 5 supplements have.

If you skip them regularly, it can cause a huge case of the hungries, too.

Thanks for the advice Jo! You are my hero! You are very right about the munchies!! I promise I will work on my daily schedule. My job is very demanding and it is hard to slip away to make a shake or soup especially during my busiest month of the year. I am just going to have to take the time to do it. Thank you! :D
