Depending on your current weight, social needs
and other specific concerns, you’ll want to select the Medifast
plan that will best help you meet you goals. All of the following
options will bring significant progress, so don’t worry if you are
currently on a plan that doesn’t quite match your situation. It
will work anyway!
Medifast Basic Supplements
Use these guidelines to
determine which product is right for you.
Medifast 55 • Females with 15 lbs or
more to lose
• Due to the slightly lower
protein content, this product is not
