Okay, so I'm going to try to be brave enough to post photos.
Start of MF



March



April (week 12)



May 16th (almost 14 weeks and half way to goal)



I cannot believe I'm sharing these as I hate how unhappy and frumpy I looked.....but that is how I was feeling inside--it just happened to show on the outside, too.

I'm thankful to have found Medifast and am thrilled with how the program is working for me.

No, I meant people in her 'real life.' She's talked in her journal about how no one has said a word about her weight loss. I hope I didn't seem nuts to say that!

I can see a real difference--especially in your face. And you hold yourself differently, stand taller, I think, and your skin is more radiant. This stuff must really be good for us! You are lovely, Tawanda, and I hope I'm so successful!
