I just need to talk myself into getting back on that treadmill that takes up one side of our room. I vow that I will start this week. icon_mrgreen.gif

Great going everyone!!!

I am in the "LITE" zone... Walking 30 minutes 5X per week and free weights every other day. Gonna start cruches December 1st. I have a trampoline, but I want to lose some more before I do that (I used to get very dizzy).

After taking a few days off because I was away for five days (and with no gym available, plus it was too cold and wet to walk or run at the park near my hotel), I can tell you what a HUGE difference exercise can make in your energy level. I never realized how energized my morning workouts make me.

Now I'm starting to think about doing a 5K run at some point. No walking, though - I want to just run. I have some work to do before I get there, though.

I walk 1.5 to 2 miles everyday and have for a while. I love getting outside. I was a virtual hermit for a while a few years ago so it is nice to get out.
