Guys do you think we could trade workout DVDs. If we get tired of something or its too hard or too easy. I have a lot as does my best friend, who does nada since she lost her baby weight. I have my favorites, but I have some that are too advanced.

Please reply if you would be interested and I can post my list. Or folks can post what they are looking for.

me, too. Although I'm more in the market for buying, as I have none to trade. But we're in the process of converting an extra room in our house into a 'workout' room, and I'd love to have something like, I don't know... TURBO JAM to try out in it!

workout room!! I'm jealous! icon_razz.gif my brother and sis in law are doing the same thing. bro's home gym was finsihed last week. He has been scrawny his whole life and now married with kids and having to wage a lot of battles at work, he got a big belly and his BP is high. So he said he HAS to do it!

I will post a list of what I have and see if anyone is looking for those.

I have a BILLION to get rid of, so I'm in. I have a whole box that I keep meaning to bring in to a local used-DVD place.

I had Turbo Jam, but I gave it to my cousin to try. Who, I'm sure, hasn't touched it since I gave it to her a month ago. Sigh.

I have two copies of "Kundalini Yoga For Beginners and Beyond" by ravi singh and ana brett.

I thought I wanted to try yoga, but it's just not for me. Don't even ask how I got 2 copies of the same thing.

I would trade both for anything that I don't already have. They are both opened, but only one has been played and only once.

VHS (all open, but unused because I replaced 'em with DVDs):
Walk Away the Pounds, 2 miles
Walk Away the Pounds for Abs, 2 miles
Walk Away the Pounds for Abs, 3 miles
Walk Away the Pounds Super Fat Burning, 3 miles

DVD:
Stott Pilates, Armchair Pilates Plus (opened, but used only once)
Stott Pilates, The Secret to Flat Abs (opened, used once)

DVD, still sealed (got 'em free at work)
Stott Pilates Simple Stretches, level 1
Stott Pilates Be Kind to Your Spine, level 1
Stott Pilates Firm & Fit, level 2
Stott Pilates Core Challenge, level 3

I have some more, but that's a good start.
