TSFL Customer Service email address?

Hello everybody!

Does anyone know if TSFL has a CS email address anymore?

I tried customerservice at tsfl com -- linked from my last order in July -- and got:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
[e-mail snipped]
SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT TO:<[e-mail snipped]>:
host inbound.electric.net [216.129.90.46]: 550 invalid mailbox

So looks like they have eliminated CS email and gone with phone support only or ...?

Hmm...I tired it (the email address you listed above) this morning when I read your post and mine was returned as well. Since the new IT Platform came into being, it is now defunct.

If you have questions about products or programs or want to place an order, you may call the customer call center at 1 (800) 572-4417.

BTW, if some of you have not ordered for a while, your TSFL account may have become 'inactive.' You may call the Customer Call Center and place an order. Once you have done so, the next time you order, you will be able to do it online. Many passwords, etc. did not transfer from the old to the new system.

Most of the time, I answer that line except when I am traveling.

I will be gone from Sept. 4th - October 4th. Some of you have my direct number and you may always call me - even when I am traveling, 'cept when I am underwater snorkeling!
