We have a sprayer from pampered chef filled with olive oil. I give the mushrooms a very, light spritz of olive oil, throw a little salt and pepper on top and bake them or put the them on a skewer and grill them. Though typicall I am putting fresh yellow fin tuna on those skewers.

I spray a pan with Mazolla EVOO spray, use ICBINB spray, garlic, onion powder, a dash of worcestershire (I know---but I honestly only use a teeny bit) and some chopped onion. I have used the teriyaki sauce that is posted here, and I have used just ICBINB spray and the juice of a small lemmon.

I just sauteed some mushrooms in the Mazola Butter Spray (like PAM)
and added them to my cream of chicken soup.....yum. Mushrooms have alot of liquid in them so they usually do not stick.

I eat mushrooms raw over salad( ha, as long as I get them in a grocery store and don't pick them wild in the field! icon_wink.gif ), but I imagine spraying them with Pam or olive oil would work really well, as the others have suggested.

I saute them in a pan and use just a bit of fat free chicken broth. I add garlic seasoning and today I added my shrimp till the broth was gone. Very good.
