Hi! I was able to log into the new site today (woot it's pretty), but I noticed my beslim club info isn't in there? Is that an across the board thing? Are we still unable to change our club orders directly on the website?

I logged in last night and went to "my account" and the be slim club was there. I could see my order that I called in a couple days ago is in there to be sent again in September.

They're still migrating data. I can't log in or see anything on mine yet.
Just got an email this morn, that says it's sposed to be completed by Sat eve.

They told ME mine wouldn't appear until my next order shipped out. I e-mailed someone there to change my order, but haven't gotten confirmation.

Once all the client information has been updated and entered into the new computer data base, you will be able to easily make and change your BeSlim orders online. The process is not yet quite finalized. icon_redface.gif

To be sure your order gets changed, I'd call the toll free BeSlim Club number, 1-866-200-6715 and speak to a Call Center Rep. They are so great about changing orders and helping us.

It is always a good idea to mark your calendar five days before your BeSlim Batch Date - the date the order is scheduled to be charged and packed. That way, you are sure to get the changes made before it ships.

The new “My Life in Motion” website looks cool and very soon it will work cool-ly, too!

I can never seem to call within the office hours, unfortunately. And now it's too late (assuming my order ships Tuesday when it's supposed to, which I guess is questionable at this point).

My guess is I'll be looking to trade in a week or so. I can use up the oatmeal eventually, and I can survive with fewer RTDs than I wanted (especially since I'll be at goal in a few weeks), but last time I got a box of fruit punch to try, and I REALLY don't want another one. Eyew.

Robin, I have a feeling your order and all those that are coming out the rest of the month are gonna be just fine - surely the TSFL people have cots set up in their office! They are taking care of us!
