I'm 48 years old. I am married to the love of my life I only dated one man all threw high school and Married him as soon as he was out of College we have been Married 30 years we have two great Children one daughter and one son and one wonderful granddaughter . My husband and I own a large Sales Company we get to travel a lot and we work together we are on the road about 260 days a year. I live in a mid size town in Texas on a lake and we love it.
I love MF and the people that I have met since I started my journey last Sep. I lost 90 lbs and than had a car accident in May and more complication my weight as of today is 194 but I soon will be down at my goal I feel like I have a lot of fluid gain. I feel like Mf has saved my life—my heath was so bad when I started I was a borderline diabetic, had high Blood and other heath problems The Doc told me I was obese and after a few months I was able to go off all my meds--- My heath was great and I felt better than I had in Years--- I will write more

OH LAURA!

I am so happy to see you are beginning your journal. You were a special one that I was hoping would do that.
I really have missed seeing you as much on the Forums---you are such a comfort and inspiration to us all!
God has truly blessed you with a beautiful family and wonderful life.

Thank you for your nice comments on my STUDIO update. It seems a miracle to me that I was able on MF to lose my weight so quickly and easily.
Medifast has truly been a lifesaver for me, too, especially with health problems that I was having. Which by the way have greatly improved!

I'll look forward to a continuation of your journal.

Next mini-goal 140# and then 5# more to go!

Laura, I totally respect your feeling down, but you have every reason to feel great! You have lost a ton of weight AND dealt with some major trauma in your life - and then got right back on the diet horse! Most people could not be so diligent and determined to take care of themselves. I actually look forward to my one year anniversary (Nov 10th), because that means that we've spent A WHOLE YEAR being good to ourselves.

Everybody, gather around and listen: when was the last time that you can say you dedicated a whole year to your own well-being? To treating your mind, body, and spirit with kindness?

Laura, your one year anniversary on MF is a testament to how far you've come, that you respect yourself and your loved ones enough to do this, and to be in it for the long haul!

This is a celebration, indeed!

Cheers to you on your continued success!

Lauren
