| Alex, do you let the chili soak? I mix up a few batches ahead of time and let them sit in the fridge at least a day and usually longer. My beans are never crunchy. |

| I mix it up and nuke it for a minute, then let it sit for about 20 min to an hour, then nuke it again for another minute or so. No crunchy beans. |

| Heh. Nah, it makes it even EASIER. I mix up a bunch of little containers and just stash 'em in the fridge. So when I want chili, I just pull one out and nuke it. |
