Thank you for mentioning that even you are fluctuating a little with your weight. I am sure it is only a couple pounds here and there, but it is encouraging to know that even the more "seasoned" maintainers still have to watch. Blessings |
Well, our snow didn't last very long, and it has all melted off now. So you take care.
Yes, even we "seasoned" ones have to be even more careful, because we have more choices to make and they aren't always the best ones, much as we try.
At times, we have to pull ourselves back to reality and remember that life now is so much more wonderful than before.
So look at you---half way to goal! You have done fantastic, country girl. I bow to you... YAY! |

 I wanted to thank you for visiting me and giving such a lovely compliment on my appearence 
I have a few struggles, but feel confident that I will prevail and get off the few pounds that have crept on.
It was fun reading about your NVS and how nice to get that reaction!

Just dropping by to check in with my sweetpea Gosh, i've been sooooo busy til' it's hard to find time to come over..lol! Hope you are doing well my queen. The big event is next Sunday pray that i'll do well and won't forget my notes..sometimes i'm so nervous my just goes BLANK right in the MIDDLE of'a song canya imagine THAT

You are at a time when you are looking good and feeling good and that is kind of a danger period in a way...at least it was with me.
So just fight through those last few pounds  and you'll be so glad you did! |

Wow, you are all so considerate to post that you are thinking of me.
You are also in my thoughts.
For one thing, it lets me know that you are battling on.
I recently heard someone say, "It doesn't matter if you hit some bumps and rough places in reaching your goal.
What does matter is, you are headed in the right direction!"
I am still in a good place---and could be better, but hanging in there.
I know what my options are, and losing (gaining) is not one of them!
But I emphasize that maintaining is also a lifetime battle.
