Happy Friday, Ms. Liz! I just caught up on your journal was reminded of what a sweet, sincere and caring person you are. Your family is so fortunate (I'm thinking in particular of the motherly advice you gave Bren). Glad to hear the sickness is gone from your home and that you're back at your goal weight. Still maintaining, but fluctuating up and down some. Long as I stay aware and committed to health/weight savvy, I'll be fine.
A NSV yesterday at the grocery store....met a friend after a long time and she didn't recognize me at first because of my weight loss.
That was encouraging.

We are getting snow dumped on us today too. 3 inches and counting! They are still forcasting up to a foot by tomorrow.

Thank you for mentioning that even you are fluctuating a little with your weight. I am sure it is only a couple pounds here and there, but it is encouraging to know that even the more "seasoned" maintainers still have to watch.
