So here goes -- a pictorial version of my journey thus far.

February, 2006 - Prior to Medifast and Take Shape for Life Size 30-32 (sometimes a 34, but I couldn't admit it until recently)

The lady in the red shirt is a friend of the family -- yet another Sharon. The gorgeous hunk, of course, is Mike, my dh.

The Start (March 16, 2006) 302 lbs, size 30-32 Holy cow, batman!!! What a shock!!! (I'm one of those people who thinks she's still not much larger than a size 16)

New pics added July 15, 2007. 16 months on Medifast. 112 lbs lost. (Oh, and by the way, that IS a size 14-16!! Edit: Actually, that's an Omar the Tent Maker size 14-16 -- in reality, I think it was a non-Omar size 20)

Wow Diana!

The difference in your neck and face is WONDERFUL! You can see changes all over your body! I mean look at your mid section in the sideways shots...There's A LOT of it gone! If these side-by-side pics don't motivate you to continue, I don't know WHAT would!

Thanks so much for sharing, I LOVE watching these beautiful transformations from bud to flower and you're DEFINITELY starting to BLOOM!

Diana you look great! What a difference. You are one lucky woman to have your dh doing this with you. My hubby is also ready to start so all I need to do is get his stuff. It is people like ktrout, Musicalmomma's hubby, Ginabobina's hubby, your dh and all the other wonderful men on this board who have really convinved him that this will work for him too!

Diana, You look great, you can actually see you melting away, you should be so proud of yourself, (and the dh), you are both doing great.

Thanks for the encouragement and positive feedback, all. I'm certainly having fun with all of Dayna's hand-me-ups! I've got a milestone coming up in another 15 lbs or so -- I haven't been under 259 in, oh, 15 years or so. I can't WAIT to post pics of that end of the journey!

And what a pleasure to be taking this trip with such wonderful travelling companions!!

Let's all lift our glasses...er shaker jars....water bottles?
