I ordered my two-week starter kit from the Medifast website. I did not realize that I will need to have 3 shakes a day when i ordered- it doesn't say that anywhere. I thought we could basically have any combo of the supplements and shakes.

Here is what the site said when I ordered:
In order to have enough food for your first 2 weeks on the Medifast 5 & 1 plan, you must order at least 10 boxes of Medifast food. Any combination of these foods can be used in your 5 &1 plan. However, in order to maintain proper weight loss, you should have no more than 1 bar per day.

So here is what I have:
Strawberry Creme 55 (2 boxes)
Banana Blitz 55 (1 box)
Peanut Butter Bars (1 box)
S'more Granola Bar(1 box)
Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal (2 boxes)
Cream of Chicken Soup (3 boxes)

What do I do? AM I going to lose less? This really sucks.

Help!

The 3 shakes a day rule is an old on. You can now do any combo of the meal replacements you want but remember the one bar a day rule is still valid.

Thank you! You saved me from a day of panic! I was looking at a beginner's post (I didn't realize it was from 2004) that said:

It is very important that you space out your shakes, so you have one every 3-4 hours, and have the first three by 2pm. You must have 3 shakes a day. Supplements generally replace one or two shakes a day. Do not have more than one Medifast bar per day.

Hi Kim,
Shipping depends on where you're at?

To the west coast, standard UPS ground is $11.36.
Total cost is: $151.86

If it's your first time ordering with TSFL, be sure to contact a health advisor and you'll get a promo code for $25 off that price.
