Ah... April is here….last month March came in like a

lamb and out like a

lion.

I think there is something

wonky going on with our weather.

We cannot

blame the gravitational pull to the refrigerator and the junk food cupboards on the full moon, however because we’ve had so much rain here in the northwest, the

clouds have obscured the moon totally from our view!

The Midwest had hailstones the size of softballs over the weekend and some of us are

wondering if we will ever get to wear spring clothes.

Some of you have been faithfully

Medifasting since the first of the year and your friends and family members will be

This was a holiday weekend and TSFL was closed so I had to

until I heard back from corporate about it this morning.

Evidently the sale price was rescinded due to supplies availability and I did not receive the update.

I am leaving the recipes in place for future use.

This whey-protein based fruit drink is a complete meal replacement product and may be used as part of the 5 packets for the 5 & 1 Weight Loss Program.

Here are some juicy

recipes to try ~

~ Cran-nut Mango Cooler ~

• 1 packet of Cranberry Mango Fruit Drink
• 1 cup of cold water
• 1 cup crushed ice
• 2 Tablespoons sugar-free DaVinci coconut syrup or 1/8 - ½ teaspoon coconut extract

Pour the ingredients into a blender or a Magic Bullet

Warning! The MB may not hold this much crushed ice and water – it may overflow into the motor housing of the bulletizer!

Serve in a tall glass with a little paper party umbrella poked into the straw.

Warning: remove umbrella before suckage.

Warning: Remove the itsy bitsy umbrella or you could

poke your

eye out!

If you enjoy the Strawberry Crème shakes, you may want to try these delicious Strawberry Crème shake recipes.

~ Bananner Berry Shake ~

• 1 packet Strawberry Crème Shake
• 1 cup cold water
• 1 cup – 1.5 cups of crushed ice
• ½ - 1 teaspoon banana extract
Pour ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth and icy.

You can also freeze this for 1-2 hours and eat it like bananner berry ice cream.

~ Strawberry Almond Shake ~

• 1 packet Strawberry Crème Shake
• 1 cup cold water
• 1 cup – 1.5 cups crushed ice
• 1 teaspoon almond extract (You may want to experiment with the amount of extract to suit your personal tastebuds.)
Pour ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth and frothy.

~ Berrified Strawberry Crème Smoothie ~

Sometimes I like a more intense berry flavor.
To make my Strawberry Crème shake a bit more berrified, I add 1/8 to ¼ teaspoon of the dry Crystal Light ™ Raspberry Ice flavor powder mix and cup or so of crushed ice. Whirl it in the blender for a frosty intense berry-flavored smoothie.

Think thinny thoughts of you wearing shorts or a bathing suit this summer.

~ Choco Berry Shake ~

• 1 packet Strawberry Crème Shake
• 1 cup cold water
• 1 cup to 1.5 cups crushed ice
• 1-2 teaspoons chocolate extract or 2 Tablespoons DaVinci Sugar-free Chocolate syrup

Whirl all the ingredients in a blender and mix until fluffy and frosty.

If you don't mind too much could you send some of that rain to Florida! We had the driest March on record and they say with the way things look April may be the same. I already endured one yard fire and even though those firefighters were hot hot hot I don't want to endure another!

Princess Pee A Lot ~

Hmmm...that's a funny new moniker you got there!

Perhaps it's all the Medifasters and water slurpers that are creating changes in the weather patterns ...I will GLADLY send you some of our showers! Even the webfooters here are gettin' mighty tired of it.

This week is spring break in our area and we noticed that the carnival rides at the local mall are not very busy. We watched the ferris wheel whirl around in the rain today with only one couple onboard.

Now you take it easy there - we don't want you to have any more of those yard fires, Falisamarie!

Nancy- I am a little confused and wanted to clear something up before I let my autoship go out, I see here that the cranberry mango is listed as being on special but it is not showing when I click specials on the homepage, and when I looked at my autoship order it is not showing the special price there either. Could you clear this up for me please?

Yikes! Before I logged on I thought perhaps it had already sold out for the month but I just peeked in my Back Office and doinked on the Shopping Cart.

Sheesh! You are right about the price not showing as the sale price; however, I will find out for you!

Take Shape is closed for the day and Health Advisor Services will not open until Monday. Guess we'll have to wait until then to see why the sale price isn't listed properly.

I also checked out the parent company, MF Diet and they show only the Strawberry Creme shakes on sale.

I have the TSFL email update in my gnarled lithe fingers that states Cranberry Mango for $10.50/box...

Please note that the Cranberry Mango Fruit Drink is NOT on sale for April 2006. Evidently about 10 minutes after we received the e-update from TSFL, another was sent showing only the Strawberry Shakes. Not all of us received the amended e-update.
