Hi All, I'm in the middle of placing my first order. Do you recommend getting the recipe book or any other materials?

Hey mom - congrats on your decision to better health! Personally - I don't cook unless I have to ... so I don't have the recipe book. I have made some of the MF recipes that are here on the website in the lean cuisine section ... so I get by just fine with those.

I do have the "Success in a Shaker Jar" book. I've read it cover to cover many times and still refer to little parts of it now and again. I would recommend it to anyone on this plan.
