The BeSlim club is where you will have automatic shipments made each month (on that day that you choose). You are able to go in and modify your shipment 2 days prior to shipment date.
You will automatically be saving 5% for the next 3 months, 8% for the nest 4-6 months, and 12% for month 7 and beyond! To receive the discounts you will need to order $75.00 (net) per month.

| To modify your order online, you basically delete the old order and create a new one. Don't forget to delete the old one, or you'll get two deliveries!! |

You CAN modify and delete the orders online but I caution you to do so...some people have deleted their order and not placed their new order within the time frame and lost their discount status.
I always make changes by calling the Customer Care Center at 1 (800) 572 - 4417.
That way, if there is a glitch, there is a trail for it and the discount can get re-applied. TSFL/Medifast is upgrading their software and IT system this summer and there will be significant improvements coming our way!
Once a person has made a change to their BeSlim Club Order, it can always be viewed in their personal Back Office link - that way you can tell if the change has been made.
The "Batch Number" refers to the date the Auto Ship order is charged to your account. Generally, it is charged on the Batch Date and shipped out the next day - it depends upon the time of day the batch is run. |

| Hmm, I just got my e-mail today about this month's shipment and it doesn't show a discount. I was wondering why ... but I did what I always do, and first added the new order and THEN deleted the old one. Within five minutes of each other. So am I back to square one again??? |

I tried changing orders online and it set up both the new order and last months order to ship for this next month. I called the support line Nancy posted and they said that the only way you can change your order at this time, because of how it is set up, is to call them and change it over the phone.
Its a bummer, because I would rather do it at the luxury of my own computer, but thats what the person helping me said... cheers  |

Jan, my HA, helped me out on this. I work nights and am not always able to call when they're open, so now I just e-mail a contact there every month.
But it sure would be easier to do it online again. |

I know it's a bummer to have to phone in the chnages but this is only temporary - great things are coming. Nearly all of my clients email their changes to me and I take care of it for them - Health Advisors want to help their clients and it is no problem for us to make the calls for you.
Great things are coming when our new internet platform makes its debut! |
