I used your last post and changed the "dot" to a . and it took me right to the recipe. It looks really good.
The only thing that I am curious about is if we can subsitute pb for pb2. Any idea's? |

I was wondering about the PB2 also. I haven't ordered any PB2, but I'm thinking about it. Maybe I'll do that today and then I'll try the brownies that way and see how they turn out. I'm still waiting on the syrups anyway.

I ordered some PB2. From the FAQs on their site though it looks like it takes a long time for it to get in, so I may not be able to wait if they syrups get here first--these brownies just look toooo good.
On a side note, I accidentally placed two orders--D'OH! So unless I can get one cancelled in time, I may be looking for a new home for my second order of the stuff... |

| There are several folks on MMT that have been wanting to try PB2 without commiting to the 4 jar order. I got mine a jar at a time on Ebay. Take it from a peanut butter addict, you may want to hold on to that extra order. PB2 is my latest best friend! |

| ok, so I made Diana's recipe and I think that I made it wrong because the batter never set. It got the skin on top, but it stayed goopy in the middle... Has anyone been about to thoroughly cook the brownies? |

Hmmm,
Always works when she makes 'em. I think her key is covering them with foil and making them in little cooking dishes.

| I tried these in mini muffin tins today and they turned out great. Any time I tried these previously they just sort of turned to sludge. |

Thats how mine turned out!!! So I haven't made them again. So what did I miss? Is the foil covering the mix really that important? How much flax seed meal was added? |

The foil is what kept the skin from coming for us. She makes them fairly regularly and they seem to come out. I'll ask her if she cahnged anything since she posted the recipe.

Thanks Mike. I just wish I knew what went wrong with mine. But I was some what relieved when Kelly said her first batch came out like mine did... |

Oh, I used foil too.
I think that doing it in ramekins or muffin tins is what makes the difference.. it takes too long for it to cook in a big pan. |

Yeah, we cook them in 1 1/2 Cup Pyrex bowls now. I asked Di to update on her method and she will update the recipe.
